The Eta Gamma Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi prides itself on its participation in community service projects and philanthropy events.  Each semester, the sisters travel monthly to the Ronald McDonald House in Nashville, Tennessee to cook and clean for its residents.  The Ronald McDonald House has been Alpha Delta Pi's officially recognized philanthropy since 1979.  The Eta Gamma Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi also recognizes a local philanthropy, Camp Rainbow, which is a camp that caters to seriously ill children who cannot attend typical summer camps.  In addition to working with chapter philanthropies, the sisters also work with other Greek organizations to raise money for their philanthropies by donating time, funds, and other items during philanthropic weeks.  When the chapter is not working with one of its two philanthropies or with other Greeks, you might find them cleaning the chapters Adopt-a-Highway, raising money at Dance Marathon, or participating in the annual walk for breast cancer.

In the Spring of 2012, Eta Gamma hosted their first Run for Ronald event. At this event, Eta Gamma raised over $3,000 for the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Spring of 2013, Eta Gamma raised over $3,000 at Pi Day.
